Reports

The Reports (Execution Results) page provides a consolidated view of plan executions across your projects. It allows you to review historical results, analyze execution trends, filter plan runs, export report data, and access the detailed report of an individual execution.

The page includes:

The displayed summary and execution records are updated according to the applied filters.

Use the filters on the left side of the page to define which executions are included in the report.

Use the Project filter to display executions belonging to a specific project.

Select All Projects to include executions from every project available to your account.

Use the Plans (Containing) filter to narrow down the results by plan name.

The report displays plan executions whose names contain the selected or entered value. Select All Plans to include every plan within the selected project scope.

Use the From and To fields to define a custom execution date range.

You can also use one of the predefined date ranges:

The selected date range is displayed in the Project Summary heading.

Enable Show only failed tests to display only plan executions containing at least one test result with the Failure status.

This filter applies specifically to the Failure status. An execution containing only Error, Stopped, Unexecuted, Warning, or Timed Out results is not included unless it also contains a Failure result.

The Project Summary section provides a visual overview of the test results included in the current report.

The pie chart shows the percentage distribution of test results by status.

The following statuses may be displayed:

Statuses without any matching results may still appear in the chart legend with a value of 0%.

The line chart shows how the number of test results changes throughout the selected date range.

Each line represents a different result status. You can use the chart to:

The horizontal axis represents execution dates, while the vertical axis represents the number of test results.

The Total Running Time value shows the combined runtime of all plan executions included in the current report.

The value is recalculated whenever the project, plan, date range, or failure filter is changed.

The table below the Project Summary lists the individual plan executions matching the currently applied filters.

The Test Result column displays a status icon and result count for each status found in the execution.

For example, a plan execution may contain:

Only the statuses applicable to the selected execution may be displayed in its row.

Select Details at the end of a row to open the detailed report for that plan execution.

The detailed report provides execution-specific information and access to the individual test results associated with the plan run.

Select Export Table to download the report records as a CSV file.

The exported file reflects the filters currently applied to the page, including:

The CSV file contains the following columns:

The Run Date value is exported in the following format:

YYYY/MM/DD HH:mm

The Runtime value is exported in milliseconds. For example:

corresponds to:

04h 20m 41s

When an execution does not contain a result for one of the exported statuses, the corresponding field may be left empty.
