Release 1.10.0
Release date: 06.08.2026
New Features
Flexible Device Settings by Platform and Device
Introduced more flexible device-level settings for private devices.
Customers using the same devices across multiple platforms can now apply different configurations depending on where the device is used. For example, a device can behave differently when used in LiveTesting and Testinium.
Available settings include:
- Enabling or disabling access to the device Settings application.
- Enabling or disabling AssistiveTouch.
- Configuring whether applications installed during sessions are removed after the session ends.
- Defining default applications that should remain installed while other session-installed applications are removed.
This provides more control over device behavior without requiring manual configuration changes between different usage scenarios.
Live Device Screen Monitoring
- Added the ability to view a device screen directly from DevicePark.
- Users can now monitor the current device screen remotely without starting a separate testing session, making device checks and operational monitoring easier.
Remote Application Management
Added a new application management view for devices. Users can now:
- View applications currently installed on a device.
- Review installed application information remotely.
- Uninstall selected applications directly from DevicePark.
This reduces the need for manual device access during application management and troubleshooting.
DeviceWatch – Multi-Device Live Monitoring
- Introduced DeviceWatch for real-time monitoring of multiple devices within a device pool.
- Users can now view live screens of devices in the selected pool from a single screen, making it easier to monitor device availability, status, and activity across larger device environments.
SDK for Easier DevicePark Integration
- Introduced an official SDK to simplify DevicePark integration.
- Customers can now integrate DevicePark capabilities into their existing applications without directly managing low-level API communication, authentication, session, and device allocation flows.
- The SDK provides a simpler and more standardized integration experience, reducing implementation effort and the risk of integration errors.
Device Activity History
- Added device activity tracking to improve visibility into device lifecycle and status changes.
- Users can now review important device events and status transitions, making troubleshooting and operational monitoring easier.
Appium 3.5 Support
- Added support for Appium 3.5 as an additional selectable version.
- The default Appium version remains 2.5.4, allowing existing test flows to continue without any configuration changes.
Next-Generation Video Streaming Improvements
- Introduced a new video streaming architecture designed to improve screen streaming performance, reduce bandwidth usage, and provide a more scalable foundation for device streaming.
- The new infrastructure also enables more flexible handling of stream parameters such as FPS and resolution during active sessions.
Device Storage Info
- Added device storage information to DevicePark, allowing users to view available and total storage directly from the device details screen.
- This makes it easier to identify devices with limited storage before starting application installation or testing operations.
Improvements
Improved Appium Session Stability on Xiaomi Devices
Improved Appium session initialization on selected Xiaomi devices by resolving installation and permission-related issues.
Improved Device Status Ordering
Updated the Devices screen to display devices in a more consistent status-based order, prioritizing Running and Healthy devices before Offline devices.
Improved Video Recording Reliability
- Improved the video recording infrastructure to handle unexpected interruptions more reliably.
- Recording processes are now managed more safely, with enhanced recovery and cleanup behavior to reduce incomplete recordings and unnecessary resource usage.
Improved Streaming Performance and Bandwidth Efficiency
- Optimized device screen streaming to reduce the amount of data transferred during live sessions.
- Improved frame size and FPS handling to provide smoother streaming, lower bandwidth usage, and better performance in network-constrained environments while maintaining visual quality.
Improved App Upload Validation
- Unsupported or invalid application packages are now rejected before processing, with validation applied consistently to both local file paths and remote URLs.
- Supported application formats include .ipa and .apk.
Bug Fixes
Improved Session Timeout Reliability
Improved session and allocation timeout handling to ensure long-running sessions are terminated correctly when the configured maximum duration is reached.
