Version 1.12.0 (Oct 2026)
Release date: 19.10.2026
New Features
iOS Simulator Support
DevicePark now supports iOS Simulator devices as part of its device infrastructure. Simulator devices can be managed and used for testing alongside physical devices.
Application upload support for iOS Simulators has also been extended to accept ZIP packages containing .app applications, including the required validation and Appium integration.
Live stream support has been added for Simulator/Emulator devices, allowing their screens to be monitored through DevicePark similarly to physical devices.
Pool-Based Allocation Duration Management
Maximum allocation duration and idle timeout settings can now be managed at the Device Pool level.
Previously, allocation duration was primarily controlled at client level and devices followed a common maximum duration. With the new structure, different pools can have different allocation policies according to customer or usage requirements.
This enables scenarios such as assigning shorter or longer device usage periods to different private device pools.
Device Live Stream API in SDK
Device live stream capability is now available through the DevicePark SDK. This enables other products and integrations, to consume DevicePark device streams without depending directly on the DevicePark UI.
.NET SDK Support
DevicePark SDK now includes .NET support, in addition to the existing Java and Node.js SDKs. The .NET SDK is distributed through NuGet infrastructure, enabling customers using .NET-based automation frameworks to integrate directly with DevicePark.
Session API User Information
The DevicePark SDK Session API now supports a user parameter, allowing sessions created through SDK integrations to be associated with the initiating user for improved traceability.
Improvements
Device Watch Improvements
Device Watch now supports pagination, removing the previous single-page device limitation.
Customers with larger private device fleets can monitor all of their devices through the Device Watch interface.
Video Recording Start Control
Video recording can now be configured to start from different stages of the test lifecycle.
Integrations can determine whether recording should begin from the allocation start or only after the Appium session begins, allowing unnecessary preparation and application installation steps to be excluded from recordings.
