# New Features

### Scalable Appium Execution Architecture

As part of our ongoing platform evolution, we have introduced foundational improvements that strengthen the test execution layer of DevicePark.

This feature focuses on:

- Enabling better isolation between test sessions 
- Improving reliability under increasing parallel test loads 
- Preparing the platform for faster adoption of future Appium and mobile OS updates 

This release does **not** introduce any changes to existing customer workflows, but establishes a stronger foundation for upcoming performance and scalability enhancements.

# Improvements

### Test Startup Time Optimizations (iOS)

- Certificate validation was added to the iOS app installation flow to prevent unnecessary re-signing. 
- As a result, test startup times have become more predictable and faster. 

# Bug Fixes

### Default Pool Inconsistencies

- Issues related to inconsistencies between clients and device pools have been resolved. 

### iOS Device State Issues

- Problems causing iOS devices to remain stuck in “Preparing / Initializing” states have been fixed. 

### UI & Dashboard Fixes

- An issue where active session durations were not updating in real time within session lists has been resolved. 
- The Session Summary chart on the dashboard has been redesigned to improve readability. 

### Invisible Device Visibility Issue

- A frontend issue preventing invisible devices from appearing within Device Pools has been fixed.
